Throughout the year and annually, different dates are commemorated, however, International Labor Day is characterized by calling all nations to reflect and claim labor rights in favor of a dignified life. This day was born with the purpose of dignifying work and granting rights to workers.
Work is considered a human right , since through it we seek to ensure the basic needs to have a dignified life. All people have the right to have a decent job without any distinction, however, there are economic, social and cultural conditions that make it difficult to obtain one.
For example, migrants, refugees or applicants for international protection often find it difficult to access a job, or in other cases, their conditions are extremely precarious. Within the framework of the aforementioned day, it is important to observe what efforts exist to dignify work, as well as to know the sectors that promote it.
